Hamburg – Die Vorfreude war groß, die Koffer wurden bereits in die Maschine geladen. Doch plötzlich war das Rollfeld leer. Keine Arbeiter mehr zu sehen. Der Traumurlaub nahm eine unerwartete Wendung. Endstation: Hamburger Flughafen. Mit Frau und Tochter wollte Sven Winkler (55) aus Niedersachsen in den Urlaub nach Portugal. Sieben Tage Atlantik, Sonne und Familienzeit. Erst vergangene Woche hatten sie die letzte Rate überwiesen. Doch am Gate war für die Winklers unverhofft Schluss. Familie schaute zu, wie Gepäck ausgeladen wurde „5.40 Uhr sollte das Gate schließen. Wir haben gesehen, wie die Koffer auf dem Rollfeld eingeladen wurden. Plötzlich kamen sie rückwärts wieder raus“, sagt Sven Winkler zu BILD. Die Familienmitglieder standen am Terminal, die Koffer vor der Eurowings-Maschine, die längst in der Luft nach Faro sein sollte. Bis zuletzt hatten sie gehofft, aber es gab keinerlei Bewegung. „Irgendwann kam dann die Durchsage, dass Ver.di streikt und der Flughafen zugemacht wird“, so Sven Winkler enttäuscht. Mehr als eine Stunde lang standen die Koffer auf dem Rollfeld, ehe der Streik bekannt gemacht wurde. Ich weiß nicht, ob man den Streik wirklich auf dem Rücken von Familien austragen muss.“ Da es nur sieben Tage in Portugal gewesen wären, lohnt es sich für die Winklers nicht, einen anderen Flughafen anzupeilen. „Der Urlaub ist kaputt“, erklärt der Familienvater.
